Do you provide delivery for furniture and mattress stores?
Yes. EMK Deliveries is a white-glove delivery partner for furniture, mattress and appliance retailers within about 100 miles of Manchester, NH, covering New Hampshire plus southern Maine, eastern Vermont, much of Massachusetts and Providence, delivering from your store or warehouse to your customer's room of choice.
Can you handle overflow or backup deliveries when our own team is booked?
Yes. Many retailers use EMK as backup delivery when their in-house service is full or unavailable, and on-demand same-day delivery is available.
Do you set up beds and mattresses?
Yes. For an additional fee we unpack mattresses, set up bed frames and place the mattress on the frame.
Can you take away the customer's old furniture or mattress?
Yes. We remove old mattresses and furniture at delivery and dispose of them properly, recycling or donating whenever possible.
Can you move inventory, equipment or furniture between our business locations?
Yes. We regularly transfer inventory, equipment and furniture between store, warehouse and office locations, and remove old furniture during commercial remodels.
Is your delivery crew insured and background-checked?
Yes. EMK Deliveries is licensed and fully insured, and every crew member is trained and has passed a background check and a driving-record check.
What are your hours?
You can call or text us 24/7. Crews work Monday to Friday 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday 9 am to 7 pm and Sunday 9 am to 8 pm, so evening and weekend deliveries are possible.
